Breakfast Club

Terms and Conditions

Our Breakfast Club is only available to children attending White Court School or Early Years morning sessions.
Only children that have registered for Breakfast Club will be able to attend.  The Registration Form MUST be completed as the information contained is essential.  This is available by following the link below.

Sessions times
Breakfast Club will take place in the main School Hall (with some activities on the playground, weather permitting), from 7:45 a.m. until the start of school at 8.45 a.m. on normal school days during term times.
Breakfast Club will not be available on non-pupil days or during school holidays.

Behaviour
We expect children to behave just as well at Breakfast Club as they do in school – the same “rules” apply!

Breakfast
Toast, fruit juice and a range of cereals will be provided. We also occasionally include croissants, waffles or pancakes.

Staffing
Mrs Carole Tinslay will run Breakfast Club with support from staff.  Depending on demand for places, additional staff will be appointed to maintain adequate adult child ratios.  All staff will be subject to DBS checks in line with school policy on safeguarding children.

Charges and payment
Payment (£2.50 per day) should be made weekly on the first day of attendance, either by cash or by cheque (payable to White Court School), for each day that parents have reserved a place.

Prebooking
We prefer you to book your child’s place in advance, but we can accommodate children on the day (so long as the parents have filled out the registration form).

After School Club

Our After School Club is only available to children attending White Court School from foundation stage and upwards. It will run from 3.15pm to 6.00pm every evening in the old hall. Children will be given a snack and drink on arrival, and served a light tea later within the session. The club will offer the children a range of fun activities and theme-based play, both inside and outside. Children can be collected from the school office.

The booking and payment system will be separate from breakfast club. The cost for the After School Club will be £9.50 per session per child, and booking and payments will need to be made two weeks in advance. We will be unable to accept ad-hoc bookings in the early stages of the club. Refunds will not be given for non-attendance once a booking has been made unless a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is given.

The Registration Form MUST be completed for each child who attends as the information contained is essential.  This is available by following the link. Upon receipt of these forms we will confirm your place at After School Club and invoice you for the amount to be paid to reserve the place.
