Achievements this Year!

We would like to know some of the achievements that you have accomplished this year outside of school. It could be a sporting achievement, a music triumph, a performance or production you might have been in, something that you have done for the community and got recognition for.
We would like you to add a picture of you accomplishing your achievement or a reward you might have received for it, inside the blue box.  Either fill it in electronically or print it off and write on it.
Underneath the box we would like you to tell us all about your achievement, how you went about being successful, where you achieved it, how long you have been training or practising for etc.
Some of these may be chosen to be displayed at Open Evening, so make sure you present your work neatly.   Please return this to your Class teacher by Wednesday 10th July.
